Service Description

A collaboration with Joyce @joycecoffeywall_nutrition , kickstart your morning with a feel good circuit class (45 minutes total) - all fitness levels catered for. Followed by a 30 minute sauna session 9am Circuits class, followed by sauna. Two time slots to choose from for sauna: 10am or 10.30am. Tickets 20 euro. Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Breakfast and coffee etc are available to purchase at Castle End coffee hut but not included in the ticket price. Please dress warmly as this is an outdoor event. 16yrs+ only. Tickets for this event are non-refundable, please ensure the date and time suits before booking.
