Service Description
Breathe connect and unwind. Move your body to a 30 minute yoga flow sequence with Karen of Tidal Soul Wellness, followed by a 30 minute sauna session with the Hot Pod (15 time in between for a sea dip). Finish with a delicious granola breakfast from Seabrew Coffee Van with a coffee of choice. Overlooking Newtown Cove. Yoga is suitable for beginners. Please bring your own mat and blanket if possible.
