Service Description

Come and enjoy a Friday evening sunset event on the beach starting with a 30 minute yoga session with Emer of Elevate Wellbeing, followed by a 30 minute sauna session with the Hot Pod, a wooden barrel sauna with views over the sea. Dip in and out of the sea as you please. Yoga is suitable for beginners. Please bring your own mat and blanket if possible. If you don't have a mat, no problem!

Cancelation Policy

To cancel please give a minimum 24 hours notice to obtain a refund. Please sign up (using the email you booked with) or log in and go to 'My Bookings' to reschedule or cancel you booking. Thanks!
