Service Description

Enjoy the benefits of heat therapy by relaxing and soaking up the peace and tranquility with sea views. This sauna will operate at approx 85ᵒC. We advise a maximum of 20 mins or two shorter stints with a break or a cold plunge! Improved circulation, cardiovascular health & performance endurance are just some of the benefits of heat therapy. It also increases endorphins to provide the feel good factor and reduces feelings of stress and anxiety. 16+ years only. Up to 8 people per session. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions before booking. By placing a booking for a sauna session you agree to the terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel please give a minimum 24 hours notice to reschedule or obtain a refund. Please note the sauna is only for 16+yrs. Go to 'My Bookings' to reschedule or cancel you booking (Sign up/Log in using the email you booked with). Thanks!
