Service Description

Come and join us for a morning of movement, relaxation and connection with a 30 minute invigorating yoga session with Emilyrose (@kawawellness_) followed by a 30 minute sauna session and once you are dressed and freshened up pop over to Milseán for their delicious breakfast burrito and hot drink of choice! Two start times to choose from, 10.15 or 10.45 (we ask that you arrive 10 minutes beforehand). 8 tickets per session available. Yoga is suitable for beginners.
