Service Description
Enjoy the benefits of heat therapy by relaxing and soaking up the peace and tranquillity with sea views. This sauna will operate at around 75-85áµ’C. We advise a maximum of 20 mins or two shorter stints with a break or a cold plunge! Improved circulation, cardiovascular health & performance endurance are just some of the benefits of heat therapy. It also increases endorphins to provide the feel good factor and reduces feelings of stress and anxiety. 16+ years only. Up to 6 people per session.
