About Us
We are Ed and Dee and we started The Hot Pod in 2021, bringing a wood-fired sauna to Waterford's sea swimming community.
We are passionate about nature, the sea and the outdoors for our mental and physical wellbeing! We know that now more that ever people need more connection with nature for a balanced healthy lifestyle.
We want people to come and enjoy the sauna, while soaking up the peace and panoramic sea views.
The positive impact hot & cold therapy can have on your overall well-being, mental health and cardiovascular health, and the social outlet and connection it provides, is the reason we launched The Hot Pod.
We provide sauna experiences nationwide with our private hire experience. Explore more information on our
