BEACH SAUNA SESSIONS
The Hot Pod is a wood-fired mobile beach sauna on the Waterford coast, run by Ed and Dee Flavin.
Book a 30-minute session for €10 at Clonea Lower Beach near Dungarvan, Kilmurrin Cove on the Copper Coast, or Lawlor's Beach in Dunmore East. Heat up at around 90°C with panoramic sea views, then dip in the sea.
Shared sessions seat up to 8 people (16+ only). Group bookings available (contact directly).
We also bring the sauna to weddings, festivals and corporate events nationwide.
