We are Ed and Dee and we are passionate about nature, the sea and the outdoors for our mental and physical wellbeing! We know that now more that ever people need more connection with nature for a balanced healthy lifestyle.
More than anything we love our town of Dungarvan and the county of Waterford and wanted to bring a new amenity to the community and build a small business for our family.
Our Philosopy
We all have the desire to feel great. We believe in the health benefits that sauna has to offer and we want to bring that to our local sea swimming community.
We want people to come together and enjoy the sauna, while soaking up the peace and beautiful views. The positive impact hot / cold therapy can have on your overall well-being, mental health and cardiovascular health, and the social outlet it provides, is the reason we have launched The Hot Pod.
Vision
