Service Description

Start your day with intention and renewal with our Sunrise Breathwork & Sauna event. This unique collaboration combines guided breathwork on the beach with the soothing heat of our sauna, designed to energise, relax and reset your body and mind. The guided breathwork will prepare your body perfectly for optimal healing and restorative results, setting the tone for a peaceful and rejuvenating day ahead. Your breathwork session will start at the time you book, please arrive a few minutes early to get settled. Breathwork will last approximately 30 minutes. There will be a 15 minute gap to allow time to change or dip before your sauna session starts. Please dress warmly as this is an outdoor event. Please bring a mat.
