Service Description

Treat your senses with a relaxing early morning of sound and mediation with Brian (@healing_mise) who will guide you on a 30 minute journey of healing. Follow this with a dip and a 30 minute sauna session. Three start times to choose from, 6.15, 6.45, 7.15 & 7.45am (we ask that you arrive 10 minutes beforehand). 8 tickets per session available. Please bring your own mat and blanket. This is a non-refundable/exchangeable event.
