Service Description

Enjoy a 30 minutes gentle yoga session by Karen @tidal_soul_wellness followed by a 30 minute sauna session with The Hot Pod with views over the sea. Dip in and out for a sea swim as you please. Lastly enjoy a healthy & delicious overnight oats (choice of flavour) and a hot drink of choice from @castleendcoffee Yoga is suitable for beginners. Please bring your own mat and blanket if possible. Please note we allow a 15 minute gap between the yoga and sauna for a dip in the ocean or time for a change etc. Tickets are non refundable or exchangeable - please check dates/time before purchase.
